Kelly Ivy was not born in Texas, but got here as soon as she could from Southern California, via Arizona and Wisconsin and she has called Friendswood, Texas her home ever since.
A graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelor’s degree in business, she began her career within the real estate industry immediately upon graduation. Kelly has over 20 years of title experience in builder, relocation, residential and commercial real estate markets. She also assists in training new real estate professionals for the ever changing aspects of the title industry.
Married with two active boys she often spends her weekends enjoying family and friends or can be found on the baseball field cheering for her kids all around the city. Kelly loves what she does and is proud to be part of the Chicago Title Houston family. Helping families obtain a new home is the biggest excitement!
