Laurie began her career in the title insurance industry in 1985 as an escrow assistant and worked her way to her current position as President and County Manager. Driven by the company’s precepts of Highest Standard of Conduct, Customer-Oriented and Motivated, and Bias for Action, Laurie’s priority is to be available for her employees and customers to assure they have the tools they need to be successful.
Aside from her position as President/County Manager, Laurie is thrilled about her involvement with the newly organized AREAA board, as it has opened new doors in meeting with the leaders in international real estate in the Houston area. American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life events are where Laurie enjoys volunteering her time. Previously, she was involved in local city politics, serving on Alvin’s City Council, and being Mayor Pro Tem.
