Janet Karr has over four decades of title insurance experience and has been with Chicago Title Houston since 1994. She handles commercial transactions for local, state and national real estate, which includes closing and underwriting support. In addition, she has served in an advisory capacity for software systems used by Chicago Title Houston.
She is a member of the Texas Land Title Association and has chaired or served on numerous committees within the organization. A recipient of the TLTA Outstanding Young Title Person Award, Janet is also a Certified Title Insurance Associate. A founding member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), and past President of the Harris County Land Title Association, Janet also volunteers with several community and charitable organizations.
